Workplace health and wellbeing solutions

The LDC Health and Wellbeing solutions have been developed by leading researchers and healthcare professionals from the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust and the University of Leicester.

There is strong evidence that shows that low levels of physical activity, too much sitting, and poor sleep are bad for our health and well-being and can be costly to employers and the NHS.

Employers have a responsibility to consider the health and well-being of their workforce, and in return, can benefit from higher levels of productivity and less absenteeism if the right solution is invested in.

Why work with us?

Our solutions are backed by evidence that proves their effectiveness in enhancing workforce productivity and health. We have been creating and implementing health education and self-management solutions nationally and internationally for the last 20 years with outstanding results.

We can tailor our solutions to your business needs, whether your workforce is office-based, hybrid working, or on the move in the transportation sector. We will offer you an initial virtual meeting to discuss options and potential solutions based on your needs. We will visit your workplace if required, to fully understand your requirements before offering recommendations and how we can help.

Our solutions can not only improve productivity but also increase well-being, lower stress, improve physical activity and diet, reduce weight and improve overall health.

Our flexible programmes can be mixed and matched to create a customised solution that is perfect for you.
