Enhance physical health behaviours for people with long-term conditions – educational programme
We are delighted to invite healthcare professionals and supporting roles to participate in an engaging educational programme focused on physical health behaviours for people living with long-term health conditions.
The importance of physical activity and sleep across a 24-hour day is increasingly recognised, as highlighted in the 2022 consensus report by the Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD) and the American Diabetes Association (ADA). This programme translates that evidence into practical insights for clinical practice.
