A new online, free course on managing early onset type 2 diabetes has been developed for healthcare professionals working with people aged 18 – 39 years living with type 2 diabetes

Fiona Munday, Education and Research Associate, EDEN, has picked up the Quality in Care (QiC) Outstanding Educator in Diabetes Award 2022.

LDC has created a set of resources to support those that wish to fast and for healthcare professionals to support and facilitate safe fasting during Ramadan.

The Effective Diabetes Education Now (EDEN) team has been named the winner of a major prize at an annual award ceremony.

The EDEN education team has visited Gibraltar to deliver bespoke diabetes training and updates to over 70 healthcare professionals based on the Rock. These HCPs included healthcare assistants, ambulance staff, qualified nurses, and doctors, consultants and GPs.
